Hello! My name is Lishan and I am a Singaporean harpist currently living in Boston, Massachusetts. My love for the harp has spurred countless projects, performances and opportunities internationally, and I work towards showcasing this beautiful instrument in new, different and unexpected ways.

My most recent projects include winning the VI Mexico International Harp Competition 2022, performing two sold-out shows as a soloist with Vista Philharmonic Orchestra in their 2022 opening concert and being the 2022 Borromeo String Quartet Guest Artist. I have shared the stage with groups ranging from the Silk Road Ensemble to The Beach Boys, and my YouTube shenanigans of recreating video game sounds from "Among Us" on the Harp is currently at 2.19 million views.

I began my harp journey at the age of 13, and have since trained at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Royal College of Music and the Boston Conservatory at Berklee with Dr June Han, Ina Zdorovetchi and Huang Yu-Hsin. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Musical Arts at the New England Conservatory under Boston Symphony Orchestra principal harpist Jessica Zhou.
